1. Roll up half of the roll and start gluing on the ground. Note that the coating area each time does not exceed half of the area of a single coil. Cover the floor and repeatedly compact it with a special roller compactor. Pay attention to rolling horizontally and then vertically to squeeze out the residual gas under the floor. Do the same for the other half.
2. When laying the second row of floors, be careful to keep the floor in the same direction. Adjacent floor laying is to overlap 15mm, then draw lines with a line marker and cut.
3. To seal the seams, remove dust and debris from the floor and the back of the roll before gluing, and leave a coin-thick seam between the seams for easy opening.
4. Welding is best done the next day after bonding.
Grooving and Welding
1. Use a manual or electric seam opener to open the seam. The width of the slit should not exceed 3.5mm and the depth should be equivalent to 2/3 of the floor thickness.
2. The groove line is required to be a straight line.
3. The soldering temperature must be set to 350---400 degrees. Press the torch in the seam for a few seconds before moving the torch. The welding speed should be between 1.5-2.5 m/min.
4. After the electrode is welded, use the curved knife to attach the butterfly piece for the first trimming of the electrode. Use the machete to do a second leveling after cooling completely.
Floor cleaning before acceptance
1. Dry cleaning method:
For normal cleaning, use a dry mop to clean the ground. Difficult-to-remove stains can be removed with a stain remover. Use the "Smooth Mopping Duster" produced by SC Johnson. The method is: take a clean mop and spray the "clean mopping agent" directly on the mop until each fiber feels slightly damp, but not too wet. Then hang the floor mop in a ventilated place for overnight use. The floor mop that has just been treated cannot be used immediately. The treated floor mop can absorb dust, and the dust will fall off with just a slight shake. Each gallon of "Smooth Mopping Dust" can treat 10,000 square meters of ground. The mop is washable and keeps it clean. This dry cleaning method does not interfere with daily work.
2. Wet cleaning method:
Use a well-wrung mop to clean the floor, and add a floor cleaner to the water to enhance the cleaning effect. This method is used to clean the floor without water treatment, which is convenient and hassle-free. If there are stains that are difficult to remove, you can use: "100 scouring pads" dipped in detergent to wipe.
