1. Working conditions
1) When working outdoors in winter, the outdoor temperature should be below 5. Otherwise, the waterproof effect of the waterproof layer will be affected.
2) Basic maintenance to meet design and regulatory requirements. Before the waterproofing project, the quality inspection of the whole Hong Kong project must be carried out, and the construction can only be carried out after passing the qualification.
3) Various built-in pipe fittings shall be buried in advance according to the design and specification requirements, and shall be sealed.
4) The surface of the base layer has been cleaned, basically flat, and there is no obvious part.
5) The reference yin and yang corners are painted into circular arcs, the minimum radius of the inner corner is 50 mm, and the minimum radius of the outer corner is 20 mm.
6) During construction, there is no clear water on the foundation surface. If there is water accumulation, the construction can be carried out after removing the accumulated water.
2. Construction process
Cleaning and moisturizing the base layer - coating cement (sand) slurry - node strengthening treatment - large area packaging PET waterproof film - glue, exhaust - long and short edge cling film combination - organization acceptance
3. Construction procedures
1) Clean and moisten the base layer: Use brooms, shovels and other tools to remove dust and debris on the surface of the base layer. The dry base surface should be sprayed with water in advance, but water should not be left behind.
2) Coating cement (sand): Its thickness depends on the level of the base, and should be compressed and leveled when laying. On the pitch, fillet smear with a radius greater than or equal to 50mm.
3) Node reinforcement treatment: firstly create a coil reinforcement layer in the node parts (such as yin and yang corners, construction joints, post-cast belts, deformation joints, and through-wall pipes), and the width of the reinforcement layer should be 500 mm.
4) Large-area packaging PET waterproof film: peel off the surface isolation film under the PET waterproof film, and spread the PET waterproof film on the bottom coated with cement (sand).
5) Glue and exhaust: Tap the surface of the coil with wood, stone or rubber plate, lift the glue, and discharge the air on the lower surface of the coil, so that the coil and the cement (sand) slurry are closely matched.
6) Long-side lap connection: The self-adhesive lap joint method is adopted. After the cement is solidified for the first time, the edge film of the lap joint is removed, and then the lap joint is rolled with a small pressure roller to discharge the air and stick it tightly. The coil overlap width is 80 mm.
