Production and packing
Main Uses of PVC:
1. PVC film
PVC is mixed with additives, plasticized and made into transparent or colored film of specified thickness by using three-roller or four-roller calender, and the film is processed by this method and becomes calendered film. The film stretched in both directions can be used for shrink packaging due to the characteristics of heat shrinkage.
2.PVC coated products
Artificial leather with backing is made by coating PVC paste on cloth or paper, and then plasticized at 100 degrees Celsius or above. It can also be made by calendering PVC and auxiliaries into a film first, and then pressed with the backing. Artificial leather without backing is calendered directly by calender into a soft sheet of certain thickness and then embossed with pattern. Artificial leather can be used to make leather case, leather bag, book cover, sofa and car cushion, etc. There is also floor leather, which is used as flooring material of building.
